Black Sands Villas operates ten villas across Nusa Dua and Ungasan. Each one is staffed daily, maintained by our own team and booked directly with us — no agencies, no layers, no surprises on arrival.
Guests get a single point of contact from enquiry to departure. Owners get full occupancy reporting and a property that stays in the condition they left it.
